Intelligent Compartment Weighing Material Cabinet is an innovative storage unit integrating split multi-door & multi-bin layout, high-precision load cell sensors, IoT and intelligent control technologies. It is customized for multi-SKU, small-batch consumables, spare parts and precision components. Designed with independent door structures fitted with compartment sizes in varied specifications, every door is equipped with standalone weighing sensors to enable separated storage and independent supervision for different items and eliminate disorder from mixed stocking.
End users unlock designated cabinet doors via card swiping, facial recognition or fingerprint authentication for self-service material picking and returning. The built-in weighing system captures real-time weight fluctuations to automatically calculate consumption volume and deduct corresponding inventory without manual registration or barcode scanning. Featuring multi-level permission management, the system authorizes cabinet access by individual employee or department, alongside real-time stock monitoring, low-stock alerts, overdue reminders and consumption analytics. It auto-generates picking logs and consumption reports with cloud synchronization and open interfaces for ERP/MES integration.
Widely deployed in manufacturing workshops, precision machining workshops, laboratories, auto repair shops and electronics factories, the cabinet realizes partitioned, unattended and high-precision management of multi-category materials. It greatly accelerates picking efficiency, cuts labor expenditure, enables controllable material costs and full-process traceability of all inventory consumption.
