The system consists of two core components: intelligent hardware and software platform:Hardware: Intelligent storage cabinets, control terminals, identity recognition equipment, weighing modules and other accessories.Software Platform: Backend management system, user operation interface, data statistics & analysis module and early warning module, enabling seamless integration with enterprise ERP, OA and other third-party business systems.
Intelligent material cabinets are innovative storage equipment embedded with IoT and intelligent control technologies, specially developed for consumables, spare parts and precision components to realize refined intelligent inventory management and eliminate traditional pain points including messy stock arrangement and cumbersome picking procedures.
Users unlock cabinet doors via card swiping, facial recognition or fingerprint verification for self-service material access. The built-in weighing system automatically calculates borrowing/return data and deducts corresponding inventory in real time without manual registration or barcode scanning. Equipped with multi-level access permission control, the system allocates authorization by individual staff or departments. It also features real-time stock monitoring, low-stock alerts and consumption statistics, automatically generating picking logs and consumption reports with cloud data synchronization and open interfaces for ERP/MES integration.
Widely deployed in manufacturing workshops, precision machining plants, laboratories, auto repair shops and electronics factories, the equipment realizes unattended material picking, visualized inventory and controllable material cost, greatly improving inventory management efficiency, cutting labor expenses and achieving full lifecycle traceability of all materials.
