Zebra Intelligent Material Management System fits diverse material management scenarios and serves a wide range of industries, adapting to on-site production environments and enterprise consumables management under varied working conditions.

Conventional auxiliary production material management relies heavily on manual operations and paper-based records with coarse management strategies. Combining intelligent hardware, digital management software and customized scene adaptation, Zebra Smart Material Management eliminates pain points of traditional auxiliary material management such as low productivity, frequent human errors and difficult traceability, delivering tangible benefits for corporate administrative inventory control in three core dimensions: cost optimization, efficiency improvement and higher management precision.

The Zebra Smart Material Management System consists of two core components: intelligent hardware and cloud software platform.Hardware: Intelligent storage cabinets, control terminals, identity recognition devices, weighing modules and related accessories.Software Platform: Backend management system, front-end operation interface, data statistics & analysis module and early-warning module; seamless integration with enterprise ERP, OA and other third-party business systems is available.

The intelligent weighing material cabinet integrates high-precision load cell sensors, IoT automatic calculation and intelligent electronic control technologies, functioning as self-service access equipment for production auxiliary materials, spare parts and industrial components for enterprises and institutions. Equipped with high-accuracy weighing bins, it monitors residual stock volume in real time without manual barcode scanning. Authorized staff complete self-service storage and picking via card swiping or facial recognition. The system automatically deducts consumed stock, counts usage data, triggers low-stock alerts and generates real-time picking logs & consumption reports. Supporting hierarchical access authorization, multi-user picking and cloud data synchronization, the cabinet can connect with ERP and MES platforms. Widely deployed in manufacturing workshops, precision machining workshops, laboratories, auto repair factories and electronics plants, it enables partitioned, unattended and high-precision management of multi-category materials, drastically boosting picking efficiency, cutting labor costs, controlling material expenditure and realizing full-process traceability of inventory consumption.
